State will not mail personal income tax forms this year (Mid-Hudson News)

ALBANY – In an effort to save $1 million in printing, postage and handling, the state Department of Taxation and Finance will not be mailing personal income tax forms to individuals this year.

A number of tax amendments came into effect on January 1 in Latvia, including a 3% value-added tax increase, changes to excise tax law and a 2% increase in personal income tax.
